Safeguarding & Complaints

If you have a concern about the conduct of anyone connected with True Aid, we want to hear it, and we will act on it.

How to report a concern

  1. Contact the safeguarding team directly

    hello@example.org

  2. Tell us what happened, in your own words

You do not need evidence, and you do not need to be certain. You can report anonymously.

  3. We acknowledge within three working days

Reports are handled confidentially by a named officer, and no one who raises a concern in good faith will face any disadvantage for doing so.

Demonstration content. Everyone who comes into contact with True Aid has the right to be safe and to raise a concern without fear.
